Angel Lord Academy High School successfully organized the ALA Nepali Handwriting Competition, aiming to promote neat and artistic handwriting among students. The event was conducted in two categories—senior and junior groups—and saw enthusiastic participation from various grades.
In the senior group, Ms. Bhawani Thapa Magar from Grade VII stood out with her exceptional handwriting and won the first prize. Ms. Jinesh Limbu (Grade VIII) and Ms. Prarthana Karki (Grade VII) secured the second and third prizes respectively. Yudin Bhandari (Grade VII), Rashi Thapa Magar (Grade VIII), Ms. Sophiya Pariyar (Grade VIII), and Dipansha Barakoti (Grade VII) were recognized with consolation prizes for their commendable efforts.
In the junior group, Tila Thapa of Grade V bagged the first prize, followed by Asmita Shrestha from Grade IV and Smriti Kalikote from Grade V in second and third places. Consolation awards were given to Nirbisha Poudel (Grade III), Sonisha Limbu (Grade V), Pratik Basyal (Grade V), and Amrit Gurung (Grade III).
A prize distribution ceremony was held to honor the winners. Mrs. Meena Maharjan, Vice Principal, and Mr. Raj Kumar Tamang, Head of the English Department, jointly awarded the students. The event was gracefully hosted by Mrs. Nisha Rai, Co-coordinator of the school’s Junior Wing.
