Music is not only medium for soothing the mind and body but also a creative art through which children can express the things boundless. School has music classes on different genres folk, classical and western music and so on. Students can join vocal, melody instruments, rhythm and percussion by qualified music teachers in the music classes.
Dancing is a mix of art and exercise which connects the mind and body, and makes one sharper and stronger.

Yoga is a mind and body practice involving physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation to balance mind, body and soul for positivity and optimism. Realising the fact, ALA students are compulsorily made practice yoga in regular class by qualified yoga teacher. School intends to educate individual student about yoga so that yoga knowledge and practice could reach in every family in society leading the entire society live healthy and happy life.
