History

Angel Lord Academy High School (ALAHS) established in 1998 in Koteshwor, Kathmandu is envisioned as a sacred learning home of knowledge, intellect, morals, discipline and good culture for the children. Since the inception of the school, it has been exerting its optimum efforts on imparting quality and value based education to the children who are believed to be the future of the nation. The school, institutionally, started its academic journey with about 150 students  and had only 4 students appearing SEE Board Examination in 2002 with excellent result. So far, the school has already had more than 800 students attempting the Iron-Gate with 100% successful result.

The school focuses on providing a multifaceted education through scientific, modern and progressive teaching pedagogy in good caring and child friendly environment which children are prepared to handle any circumstances in life and be with social and moral character and become valued and trustworthy citizens of the country. This spirit is also reflected in the school motto: DISCIPLINE and MORALITY.

ALAHS intends to prepare a student not only to pass examinations but also produce an open-minded, balanced, independent individual with the right attitude of mind and spirit. It always strives to identify the potentiality in children and provide a child-centered learning environment with progressive pedagogy for the full-fledged development of the children.
